BTW Ich habe für einen Harry Potter Abend sowohl deine Pumpkin-Pasties als auch den Kürbissaft gemacht und es hat allen super geschmeckt (& der Saft wurde inzwischen mehrmals angefordert :D). I really wanna try out that cherry one. I’ll definitely change some ingredients though. For example I’ll use normal whipped cream (vegetarian) and replace the cherries with raspberries

I tried that layered cherry cream cookie dessert (with German Spekulatius and natural soy yoghurt by alpro) and it was a-ma-zing!! The creme was quite runny but still fine. I noticed that the creme became thicker in the fridge overnight. Mina, which soy yoghurt did you use? Thanks for this idea!!

Kleiner Tipp zu dem schichtdessert Probier mal oben drauf braune Zucker der ein bisschen karamellisiert ist So kenn ich diesen Nachtisch es ist zwar nicht gesund aber super lecker und schließlich ist gesunde Ernährung in der Weihnachtszeit ja nicht so wichtig🤗

You can cut the amount of cashews in half and use half coconut cream. It's gonna taste like coconut though ;)
