I am writing to say thank-you, while my dough is proofing, for your recipe and excellent video demonstration. These buns already smell good enough to eat, as you said. In fact, I had to tell my husband that it’s not good to eat uncooked flour, even though the ingredients are vegan, when he expressed an interest in taste-testing the fragrant dough 😄.

I don't think it would be possible. They would be very heavy without the yeast.

Aquafaba is just a replacement for egg. try using another egg replacer such as Orgran no-egg, a chia egg or my favorite, flax egg.
