This has become my go-to 'quick & easy' cake! Everyone loves that it passionfruit and I love that I always have the ingredients in the cupboard (I purposely buy little tins of passionfruit in the groceries now!) I quickly realised it requires 2 & 1/4 cups of flour as mentioned in your description and not 1 & 1/4 cups as in the video. I serve with your vegan whipped cream recipe if I have the time to make that too. Thank you for posting the recipe!! ❤️🌱

Would this work with others flours i.e to make it gluten free?

It won't be as nice but you can replace it with a Gluten Free 1:1 flour blend and it will work ok. For best results though, you should use a specific gluten free recipe. I don't have one online at the moment but I'll look making a video for one.
