The pumpkin pasta was sooooo good! 😁 and super-easy to make! *For anyone who can't find pumpkin purée:* you can easily make it at home so long as you have a mixer. Just buy any pumpkin and dice it up into 2x2 cm blocks and let it sit in a parchment paper form in the oven at 180 C for 1 hour. Then immediately blend the dices while they're still hot and you got your purée 😀

sweet Jesus, it's a bad time to do water fasting... I am gonna cry. Will try all of these once I'm done. Unfortunately, we have no Sriracha in my country, and I love it soooo much! I'll have to get a bottle next time I'm traveling.

***** ye, it's when you only drink water for X number of days.

well, it's quite controversial, but I believe it works. I had remarkable results from it. I lost a few kilos here and there, I felt and still feel much better. It's said that the body starts utilizing the toxins for energy and thus ridding you of them. There is quite a lot of literature on the topic. This time I did a 10-day fast. In summer I will do the full 20-day because it's way easier and more pleasant when you aren't cold. :D I have done shorter ones - 3 and 5 days. It's easy, but such videos like this one here aren't recommended. :D

I made the pasta a bit differently, but I loved it. I added green peas for color/veggie, instead of salt I used "chicken" bouillon and sprinkled fried garlic over it. Yummy!!
@sibr41113 жыл бұрын
Amazing! Thank you for this video! I tried the 1st recipe and instead of a pumpkin from a can, I used a butternut squash that I cooked into a pure in an instant pot for 15 min. This dish turned out delicious!😋 I also added a bit of a black pepper. What I love is that it looks like cheese but doesn't get gross like when cheese is re-heated. Perfect dish, awesome flavor! Thanks so much!

Minimalist Vegan Lifestyle yay! I was JUST wondering what I was going to do with the rest of the pumpkin puree in the can and, NOW I know! I'm going to make a pumpkin spice smoothie right now with soy or almond milk, ground flaxseed, what else? any other suggestions?
@JaciniaPerez8 жыл бұрын
Yas!! You could've had a day of pumpkin eating. Some things on my to try list are chia seed pumpkin puree (get your magnesium in) Pumpkin overnight oats, pumpkin pancakes! You could try Roses banana bread but put pumpkin in it instead YUM
@1BethMcBeth8 жыл бұрын
Minimalist Vegan Lifestyle great idea on the pumpkin puree banana bread, actually ALL great ideas How would you layer the overnight pumpkin puree oats? I got a jar handy now, so please educate me now so I can put it together! Thanks!!!😃
@JaciniaPerez8 жыл бұрын
hahaha I don't know I found it on pinterest =D I would google Vegan pumpkin overnight oats
@autumnrain79188 жыл бұрын
You could probably just stir all of your ingredients together- oats, pumpkin puree, milk of choice, pumpkin pie spices, and sweetener of choice- then refrigerate over night as usual. Unless you want it to be super pretty you don't need to layer.
@Penelope4168 жыл бұрын
Yum! I would love to chop up some cucumbers and tomatoes on the side for some extra fiber.
@ezthirty6 жыл бұрын
If you're looking to get extra fibre, tomatoes and cucumbers are on the bottom of the fibre list of vegetables. Instead, opt for veg like avocados or artichokes. Other options for added fibre include legumes like lentils and chickpeas or seeds and grains such as Quinoa, chia seed or flax. :)
