EASY Way to PAINT LILACS! Acrylic tutorial for all levels

This is an acrylic painting tutorial of how to paint lilacs! Just a few simple and easy steps using the following colours and brushes listed below:
Canvas- 10x20 pre painted grey
Titanium white
Dioxazine purple
Light blue violet
Sap or hookers green hue permanent
Cadmium yellow light hue
Napthol crimson
Turquoise aqua green
50 filbert
2 rigger/liner
3 round (optional for dabbing and branches)
14 filbert
1-2 inch mop brush

I love this! You just can't beat the freedom of impressionistic painting. Have you ever painted Lupines? In Nova Scotia, lupines line parts of the highways and grow everywhere. The most iconic composition (the photo that most visitors capture) is different colored lupines with the sparkling ocean peeking through in the background. I have never seen anyone painting lupines on here.

I use Holbein and Liquitex basics heavy bodied acrylics, you can paint along using any paint you like 😊
