What a great lesson, I'm 58 and have been playing the guitar for less than 1 month and this is the closest I've come to actually playing a song. I'm also trying your Blackberry Smoke song, I'm not there with the chord changing speed I need but I am, kind of, making pretty chords and strum patterns just trying. Thank you so much. I can finally play this well, and I can feel her now, so much I just stopped and cried. This was our song in 1977 and I wish she was here to sing it with me. We used to ad lib, We're just two ___holes swimming in a fish bowl..." :) Thank you Kevin, I've watched a few different lessons for this song and this one jives with me best. It means a lot to me

I feel like my pick always gets stuck on a string on up strings, any tips? Also what number pick do you use?
