Great video! Though I think there were a few slight mistakes. Alpha 1 and beta 2 are not equally strong at intermediate dosages. Alpha 1 has a stronger stimulation than does beta, thus the alpha 1 response for vasoconstriction would be higher than the potential for beta 2 vasodilation, producing an increase in BP and TPR. Also, in high doses, beta 1 response is still active since alpha 1 doesn't affect HR, alpha 2 would increase NE release in the heart to slightly maintain HR. No opposing effects of alpha on beta 1 response at high doses. Your videos are awesome nonetheless!

Mam ,In first case beta1 cause increase in H.R means high B.P but beta 2 cause lowB.P so, finally what will happen who win ?? Beta 1or beta2 And in last case due to alpha if vaso constrict means B.P increase so H.R is have to be increased why it's decrease??😐😐

In the high dosis of epinefrine. The there is going to be takicardia a then bradicardia due reflex bradycardia??

That last part of the video is wrong. It would still increase heart rate

I think epinephrine in HIGH DOSES acts as a a-agonist, vasoconstriction and increase in systolic an diastolic BP

hmmmm its gonna be a pretty hard sell for you to convince me that giving a HIGH dose of EPINEPHRINE actually LOWERS heart rate LOL maybe you're thinking of NE? you get the direct b1 effects, that far and away overpowers any indirect reflex brady
