For people suffering from this set-up, there is a trick to it. First you must make a fresh install of software & drivers while USING THE USB CABLE, you have to specify the set-up as USB connection in the very beginning, and make sure ALL SOFTWARE GOT INSTALLED. Make sure you print a test page successfully. Then you open the Samsung installed software (Diagnosis, Easy Printer manager, etc.) and set-up the wireless connection from inside the software, keeping the USB connected so that wireless settings can be transferred to the printer. When finished, you will not need the USB cable any more since your Printer will be connected to your wireless network and accessible by all devices on the wireless LAN.

This worked for me. The wifi option of the installation didnt work, plugged in or not, only the usb installation. Then you search for samsung on you computer to open wifi installing software.

​@@afshan3743 after finishing the steps above, the software will push the WiFi configuration into the printer through the USB, and once wireless setup is complete, you can remove the usb cable and start using the printer wirelessly.

I appreciate that you created the video. However, my application would stop responding once I connected the USB cable to my laptop. Alternatively, I downloaded the "Samsung Printer Diagnostics" software and tried the exact process for connecting the printer to my WIFI. It worked! Thank you.

I found a link for this on HP's site but it was broken. I managed to get it through the Samsung Printer Center in the Printers tab under the menu heading "Management" at the right side of the screen.

Very helpful video. I looked everywhere for the install executable that came with the CD-ROM. I didn't have any success finding a downloadable version (despite searching everywhere). The link you provided in the video description produced the downloadable version. Also, the setup for network printing would have been very difficult without this program. I follow it the instruction and it works on my Samsung Express model M2830 DW only difference is I don't have to put in my Wi-Fi password and plug in USB cable, the software asking me to hit the Wps button on the printer. Thank you so much for post the video, without you, I couldn't do it I had read the instruction on a CD disk that came with it, but I got lost in it.

Thanks for the great tutorial. It got me most of the way to connecting my C1860FW, but... I had to change things a bit, because my wifi is a a Deco mesh. When I tried Add a NEW printer, I got a list of all the devices already connected to the Deco, but not the printer. After some head scratching, I used the display and keypad on the printer along with the Deco cellphone app to connect the C1860FW to the network. Botta-bing, botta-boom. It worked. Then I used the option to configure an existing printer, and...the C1860FW showed up in the list and works perfectly once the installer finished running. Repeated the process to install the scanner software which is also working perfectly. Hope this helps others in similar situations.

For all other computers you have to just run the same driver but select existing printer and then wireless.
