Table's design is top notch, i like it especially for its legs (who dislikes great legs?!) but the worst part for me is that epoxy "river". It doesn't seem like a real river at all, not even close to a water vein or something. I would go with other coloring and pattern. Anyways, great job and tips! I must build one, myself :)

Thanks Agnus. As a newbie I just assumed that ‚river table’ is epoxy poured between two live edges. But maybe I was wrong;) or we can say that it is a river in a big, dirty city :P

Not an expert by any means (well, a youtube 'expert'... I watch a lot of these), but I think the secret is to come back a little later when the epoxy is starting to cure and use a stick to stir up the resin into a nicer pattern. Otherwise as the resin cures, the exothermic reaction just creates the patterns you see by default. No idea how long to wait before stirring, may depend on the type of resin, etc. Might be a good video to do an experiment for other newbies. Its not something you see explained often in other videos. +1 more subscriber, loved the style of the video and the voice over.

What grit did you use to initally sand off that extra expoxy. 80 grit? Or low as 40?
