I just want to say that this tutorial is what EVERY tutorial should be like!!! I have been sewing for over 50 years, but as an adult with ADD I need clear, concise instructions. I've seen so many videos lately that have important steps left off! The videos sometimes have music only, with no verbal instructions. I have a very hard time following those!! A lovely pouch! I made loads of pouches but don't like the bumpy or bulky dents at the side seam corners of the zips some methods leave. This is super easy, and I'm away to let my young learners watch this to have a go at making one! Thank you Erica x

I like to top stitch around tabs and zipper. Also add label tag (baste to raw edge) before finishing. Love the fabric

Very nice. Love the fabric. The only thing I would add would be top stitching each side of the zipper to prevent possible catching the zipper in the lining.
