Made this this weekend, turned out delish. I did shrimp the first night then with the leftover did chicken tonight. Since I like it a bit more spicy than my wife I did Thai 10 for mine with some homemade ghost pepper sauce. This is a great recipe and very flexible. Thanks.

I love how many veggies you cram into this! Even more so, I love when I may not want to try a recipe, that I still learn a lot in watching. I may not make yours, but I definitely see Pad Thai in my future. Curious there was no lime... then again, no ketchup or oyster sauce. But I’ve never been disappointed in a recipe of yours! Thanks and looking forward to more videos!
