More like this Please! So many things can be frozen, helping families avoid eating out (especially fast food) and helping us avoid junk food but the details matter, and so many recipes come with Zero advice for freezing, thawing, out reheating. There are tons of fresh meals that can be made faster by bulk production of parts that freeze once a month and grabbing those components for the final through together in a weeknight. It improves nutrition and reduces stress, but so little out there comes with those tips, so you have to experiment on recipes you like. @@wyattnelson1157 She thought Babish went the route that Paula Deen who's a famous chef from Georgia used to do. She specializes in Southern comfort foods like fried chicken and apple pies and she used to use a ton of butter in her cooking which most likely led to her being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes later in life

Great vid. If anyone has a friend that just had a kid and wants to know what to get them, it's this. For those first few weeks you don't sleep and your brain stops operating properly so frozen meals are a lifesaver.

Since we didn't get to see Babish taste the food, I guess Sawyer needs to video himself eating and providing tasting notes. (and maybe a shot of that wee little one too)

every time Babish uses parsley I'm reminded that there are people out there whos genetics make cilantro taste like soap and then I get sad.

Just had my second child, and we are moving into a house we just bought! So I definitely plan on takin a weekend to meal prep for the month. With 2 babies at home it makes cooking dinner every single night much more of a task. These are great 😊

I haven't tried this myself, but according to Pinterest you can bake the eggs for the breakfast sandwiches in muffin tins (flexible ones preferred) - that way you can get the round shape without having a mold like Babish does

Hey Babish, when you are wrapping sandos with a square parchment paper put it in the middle upside down and fold in with the corners of parchment. Better sando wrapping. Source: ex-concession stand worker.

As a parent of two, I thank you for this, though with how the first weeks were with the girls I'd suggest stuff that is just pop in microwave and heat, because until the baby is in a set schedule moms and dads really dont have more than 5 to 10 mins for breath, meals, bathroom breaks ect nor much energy to do much besides the microwave. Those breakfast ones were a great idea. Also Congrats Sawyer!
