I love these "Slow German" videos! It really helps beginners like me get used to the sounds/pronunciation of the language better while also learning useful and relevant phrases. I like your regular interview videos too, but I feel like they are quite overwhelming for beginners like me, so thank you so much for making these "Slow German" videos! Please keep up the good work!

For us beginners, these videos in Slow German are super helpful, Thank you Team Easy German! I'm glad that you mentioned eggs at the end of the video. My German friends have always served boiled eggs, as part of breakfast, as well as brotchen, cheese, ham, and sweet things.

Sorry, dass ich euch verbessern muss, aber "Aufschnitt" bezieht sich tatsächlich nur auf Belag, den man schneidet, also Wurst(scheiben) und Köse(scheiben). Das Andere, was man aufs Brötchen tun kann und schmiert, nennt sich "Aufstrich". Der Oberbegriff dafür,, womit man sein Brötchen belegt, nennt sich "Belag".

Thank you so much for the videos. I learned German as a teenager when I lived there, haven’t really spoken it since moving away 20 years ago. Hi @JeehongLee. Dein Deutsch ist schon sehr gut, zumindest schriftlich. Eine kleine Anmerkung zur Verbesserung: Das "Sie" wird bei der höflichen Anrede stets großgeschrieben, genau wie "Ihnen", "Ihre", "Ihr" und so weiter. Es gibt aber auch noch die kleingeschriebenen Varianten von "sie", "ihnen" usw. im Plural, zum Beispiel: Die Kinder spielen auf dem Spielplatz, *sie* sind sehr fröhlich und vergnügt. Die Eltern geben *ihren* Kindern genügend Zeit, draußen zu toben.

Fantastic video! It’s so useful and fun to actually see all these German breakfast foods that I have read about. Even though I’m Canadian with English, French and Italian heritage, I completely “get” the German breakfast. We regularly ate like this on the weekends, though more typically for brunch or lunch. There must have been a strong German influence on my family’s food preferences.

I love German Frühstück! One of my favorite things about Germany is having the delicious bread, cheese, and salami. More easy German videos please! Its fun to watch how you all interact with each other. Also, more food related videos. I love seeing all of the delicious German food, breads, pastries, etc.

These are so helpful! One idea I had was to do Slow German doing laundry and folding the clothes. It could be a creative way to introduce vocabulary about different pieces of clothing for a family--perhaps men, women and children. You might also talk about German culture and attitudes toward dress. Or later down the road, maybe Christmas shopping, or kids going back to school.

Im bergischen Land frühstückt man gerne Roggenbrötchen (auch Röggelsche oder Schusterjunge genannt) mit einer Quarkschicht und darüber Marmelade - perfekt wäre Kirschkonfitüre. Guten Appetit!

I love these extra slow videos! They're so helpful. How about a video where you are preparing for a trip? Packing clothing and toiletries, discussing plans and weather, etc., would all be fun to learn.

Here are some ideas for easy/slow German videos: 1. Going to a restaurant in slow German 2. Cooking a meal at home/baking something 3. Going to the country side 4. Doing house chores 5. Talking about future plans/desires/wishes (asking people on the street to talk about it) 6. Talking about funny things that happened to you Thank you for your videos, they are really good for learning! :)
