Excellent! Thank you for your graciousness and effort to share this with us. For a fun challenge, try building a toroid winder. But, don't mount the supply spool inside the hoop... I hate the clacking noise it makes and it is a mechanical failure point.

You Could Add Brushes To The Coil Of Copper For The resistance Of The Turns Because Without It The Wires Could Get Free In Some Areas, That Would keep The Tention High On The Wire And Cleaner Winds/Turns

The Arduino''s pin designation and the actual chip pin numbers don't seem to match. Please clarify. P.S. Just noticed that the diagram/schematic seems to show 328 qfpp which has 32 pins (surface mount). The uno shown in the video has the regular 28 pin dip. Please clarify. P.S. The Sensor is mentioned as VS1838B which is actually a IR Rx only whereas you have used a IR Rx-Tx module. Regards, Engineer from India.

Nice project. Would you kindly describ in details about its turn counting process. & Plz discuse how can I devolop the same project for cilling fan motor winding ?? Hope U know, for cilling fan winding, after compliting of eich slot the motor starts revers windind say if at slot No1 if U wind at clock wise, then at slot No 2 it will wind at anti clockwis. & It will continue at ebery alternative slot. At a cilling fan normally their has 12 to 14 slot, may be some more. Or less.

I want to control the speed of motor automatically by the number of count,, like when count 0-20 speed will be low and then high and wil get low when less than 30 count left of total count and when complet count it stops
