EasyJet Airbus A319 Pushback, Startup, Taxi and Take Off from Amsterdam Schiphol (AMS)

its the electric hydraulic pump operating to pressurize the hydraulic systems due to taxing with only one engine on :) the second engine (Eng. No 1) is started later due to the long taxi times at schipol to save fuel. After the engine driven hydraulic pump of Eng. 1 is active, the electric pump stops operating as the pressure is enough.
