Got two t37s to give as a gift for dear friends of mine who currently don't own any gamepads and want to emulate badly and i must say this controller impressed me a lot when i tried em out !! It's light, responsive, comfortable and GORGEOUS I'm so glad to have saved your review for the tip on how to disable diagonals, thank you very much !!! I used it on a Android Samsung, for playing GForce, also on my computer only down side is like playing box bottom while holding a switch version controller. Also worked for a while on my amazon luna on my fire tv.

I’m trying to due the update to controller but the app to update them just says offline even with controller plugged in via USB

You need to hold down the thumbsticks, L3 & R3, when you plug in the controller and keep holding them down when you press start
