I never done this, I just finished replacing the cue screen on my 2017 Escalade depending only on your video, it took me few hours but it was worth it, when I tested the screen before putting it back together it didn’t work, but after putting everything together it work fine. I didn’t have your tools so I had to compromise. Started at noon finished at 4, I had to replay the video many times. Thank you again for sharing knowledge .

I followed the instructions. When I tested it. Screen is blank. Should I put it all back together ?

If the screen is blank, it means there is a problem with the installation. The flex cable might not be seated correctly. You need to make sure it's working and then you can close it. Please share your results. Thanks for watching.

hey I'm very appreciative of this video. I have a question though I think I used your link to look up the screen I think I see the one you got is around $30 without shipping atm yes? I see some of the on cue screens offered say they are (gel free) I see one that is around $60 saying they don't need to be the right code and are formatted for several models... Where I live it gets really cold I think the gel is what cracked mine in the first place... If I can get some guidance on which one to purchase specifically that will work and if you know anything about the gel free versions? I'm thinking of going that way for my new escalade 2017 luxury its got low miles and we are planning on living through more harsh winter conditions... I replaced my Cue System succesfully but the side bezel part on either side with 3 lights aren't working but easily connected properly to power cable so what can you think is reason as these two parts have no operational connection to the Cue System that I know of...thanks

If your screen is still blank, check to make sure the flex cable is seated properly and then lock it. If that doesn't work, you might have a defective screen. Thanks for watching!

Hi, need advice. I found one of the receptacle in my fuse box for relay is unclipped and slipped back. Therefore, one pin of my relay cannot contact it. I asked around, two advices are given: 1. Extend the pin of the relay via soldering. 2. Try to fix the socket of the fuse box like push the receptacle back in place. However, I cannot found instruction to detach the fuse box. My car is Maserati Quattroporte 2019, and the fuse box I am talking about is locate at the rear of the car. Do you happen to know how to fix this situation or how to detach the fuse box?

My screen don’t come on at all unless I hook my iPhone to it but it still won’t let me push any buttons. The AC works & I can feel the button vibrate when I hit them. The screen also comes on when I’m in reverse. Do you think I need a whole new unit or just a screen?? 2018 Escalade ESV
