EAT | Blueberry Muffins

Homemade blueberry muffins are such a treat. These are very easy to make and are the best I've ever had. Subscribe for new vids M-W-F! bit.ly/sub2moms
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup butter
• ¾ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup milk (we use 2%)
• 5 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 cups flour
• 3 cups frozen blueberries (we prefer small, Maine blueberries)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and beat.
2. Add baking powder and salt; mix.
3. Toss blueberries with flour. Then incorporate into mixture (by hand or electric mixture).
4. Fill muffin tin with batter and bake about 15020 minutes for mini-muffins, longer for regular size muffins.

I personally only added 2 teaspoons of baking soda to this recipe because I don't like the metalish taste of baking soda that it gives off and with 2 tsp it was AMAZING!!! But I Already did that with two other recipes were we added too much baking soda and they both ended up in the garbage because we just couldn't eat it 😬 but the recipe otherwise is delicious!! It's really not that much butter, only half cup, but if your really healthy than I'm pretty sure you can use Greek yogurt

+WhatsUpMoms My family and I love watermelon salad. The only ingredients are watermelon, arugula, mint leaves, and feta. To make the dressing, mix together some olive oil, mint leaves, and lemon juice. Just eyeball the ingredients. It tastes great and everyone loves it!
