Look into carnivore diet - great for autoimmune diseases such as RA - follow Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Ken Berry and Dr Anthony Chaffee on KZbin they are amazing for info on what helps with every single human chronic disease. I am a medical doctor myself - these doctors are so helpful and their advice on nutrition is fantastic. Also -hi from Scotland 🏴

When you average how much each thing cost and how many meals it cost about $7. If you buy a meal for $14 and eat off it twice each meal cost $7.
