I think he is right, I am 46 and I changed my habits in fasting, eating, and exercising. I am more muscular than I my 30s. And if I fast over 24 or or 36 hrs, sometimes 3 days. I see more definition. Also less muscle and body pains. Age does not necessarily mean low T. It's about doing various little things that add up. Your body has no choice but to improve if you eat right like the foods Dr berg said, I been following him for 3 years now, and reduce sugar maybe down to 50 to 75% of what u used to. Stuffing your self with lots of dark green veggies,, control carbs to 50% of what u used too, increase organic meats and veggies and of course your not gonna get this all right so your clean up step or tool is fasting. Fasting is your trump card that you can keep going back to to rely. To catch up if you came up short in some of the things I mention prior. If u follow his advice to grow T and fast longer which also increase human growth hormone then are will be on your way. What is crazy if you have good T and growth hormone is this. You can play sports for over 3 or 4 hrs and not have muscle or joint pains. At least not that much and oh I must repeat you must also reduce sugar which increase insulin and cancels out your gain in T.

"Every thing that kills me makes me feel alive!" I did a college paper in the late eighties on this subject and study of Eastern Europe domination of competition weight lifting. All is still relevant today. One important point about exercise is to limit your high intensity work out to about 30 minutes. The pros work up to 45 minutes, but keep in mind that most people don't have the potential of the best of the best. Significant point being that beyond that time limit, testosterone levels drop like a rock, thus stymie all the benefits of natural testosterone.

I just came from a doctors visit for a bio screening yesterday and it’s a great hospital in clinic but what’s on all their screens on TV are advertisements for constant medication do this take that do it now here’s why blah blah blah and it’s nothing about food and the basics of life let food be thy medicine. Vince Gironda, someone who was revered in bodybuilding circles to where he earned the nickname the "Iron Guru", recommended steak and eggs as the staple of a bodybuilder's diet, asserting that it was as anabolic as taking a steroid. Keep in mind he made these assertions in the heyday of bodybuilding, in the 50s, 60s and 70s, well before much of the research on nutrition was accessible to the masses. While he did not have advanced degrees in biochemistry and nutrition, Gironda noticed the appreciable performance and aesthetic improvements for those he trained, who subsisted on mostly steak and eggs.

Dr. Berg! I love all of your videos, but this one is the answer to an issue that’s been a thorn in my side for a while. I didn’t know that low testosterone in women was a major issue until it started to affect me! I didn’t want to give up my plant-based diet but it looks like I may have to.

I have low testosterone as a woman. It happened because I am post-menopausal. I am taking a cream (it gets rubbed on the vulva area once a day) and it has doubled my testosterone levels in 3 months. I don't think there is any other way to increase my testosterone through diet as my drop in testosterone is caused by the huge drop in my estrogen.....caused by my ovaries ceasing function from menopause. I got my cream from a health clinic that supplies bio-identical hormones. I am also taking bio-identical estrogen and progesterone. (BHRT)

MSG is everywhere. You mentioned fast food but I would bet that most restaurants have it in their stock base. One way for a restaurant to cut corners is to use a premade base instead of the old way of using bones. These premade stock bases are loaded with MSG. Also, these Pho restaurants use a lot in their soup stocks and that is why it is so addicting.

Well, guess what!, I have implemented dr Berg videos and they really have change my whole health. I started almost 3 months ago the keto diet, leave all kind of sugars, pastries, flours, leaving all kind of poison (canola, corn, vegetable, soy, grape) oils. Fasting between 17 to 20 hours, not eating after 6 pm, walking everyday between 30 to 50 minutes, drinking water only when thirsty, not snaking. I have lost already 22 pounds without been starving, first 2 weeks were very hard because I cutted off sugar the minute after I saw dr berg video about the insuline. I use to have fatty liver pain but not any more since I started the keto diet. I went to see my doctor at VA and all my labs were the most excellent in the last 10 years, my anemia dissapeared, my bad cholesterol dropped, my good cholesterol raise, my sugar dropped, My mood improved a 80 %, my energy raised, my brain concentration improved, few skin tags dissapeared, the fatigue I used to have dissapeared. I am 56, and I feel know 10 years younger. I wake up with energy and ready for the next day. Just in almost 3 months under the keto diet. I also recommend dr berry on keto diet videos. Thanks to these doctors thousand of people are getting healthy and strong. USAF DISABLE VETERAN.

How about if I buy those cage free organic eggs? Are they really better than plain old cheap eggs? I also have been pouring egg whites right from the carton by the 1/2 cup into the blender with my protein powder. I'm 66 with prostate cancer. Dr. Said NO testosterone boosters!! Like pills from the internet!
@Script3dR3ality3 жыл бұрын
@@junkyard-p1s A lot of those words are just used as loose gimmicky marketing terms rather than actual legal definitions. For example "cage free" means that the chickens technically have the ability to move around, however they're most likely still packed into a barn by the thousands with very little mobility. "Organic" means the feed is somewhat better and doesn't contain growth hormones, but there's still no "rules" about using antibiotics when labeling organic. But assuming you're in the US, then the BIGGEST issue with store bought eggs (no matter how they're labeled) is that they're required to be washed first before they're sold, and they use a detergent to do that often containing chlorine and other chemicals. Eggs shells are permeable, so those chemicals leach right into the egg itself. So even if the egg was produced "organically," it's still tainted with poison after the washing process regardless. If you have real farm fresh eggs, then the preference is that you do NOT wash them at all... this is because there's a thin protective film on eggs called "bloom" when they're laid which completely seals them from bacteria. Unwashed eggs can actually last a few weeks just sitting on the counter at room temperature, then another two months or so in the fridge after that. This is why you might see eggs for sale in foreign countries (Mexico, Europe, etc) that are unrefrigerated...most Americans freak out when they see that, but don't because that means that they're actually much better quality eggs. Obviously, washing eggs removes that protective film, which is why store bought eggs always have to be refrigerated in the US. I wrote that original comment because I actually have 17 REAL free range hens, meaning I open their coop in the morning and they can wander and forage anywhere on 30 acres....I can ABSOLUTELY tell the difference between real farm fresh eggs and store bought. The yolks are more like a dark orange, rather than the bright yellow color of store bought, and overall they're just creamier, richer, and much more nutritious. If you can't have your own chickens, then I guarantee you can still get real farm fresh eggs even cheaper than what you pay for "organic" in the grocery store. Simply hop on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace and search for eggs in your area... you'll most likely be overwhelmed by the results. Before we had our coop, we bought them from a woman down the road, $4 for 18 eggs... can't beat that in the store. And because they'll likely be unwashed, then that means they'll stay fresh for up to 3 months, so you can just buy them in bulk once in awhile if you live deep in the city or something. Most people don't realize this, but a hen in her peak production age can lay up to 300 eggs per year. So with our 17 chickens, we get about a dozen eggs per DAY! We have more eggs than we know what to do with, so we usually just give them away to friends, family, neighbors, etc for free. That's why it should be easy to find them for very cheap no matter where you live. Assuming you read all of that, then congratulations because you officially have a Master's degree in egg knowledge...now go tell the world
