Best study time:- 4 am - 7 am 5 things students must do daily :- 1:- Exercise 2:- Meditation 3:- Healthy Diet 4:- Avoid distractions i.e phone 5:- Study And also some extra tips:- sleep early & reading.

1)lemon water(morning empty stomach without sugar u can add honey ) 2) exercises (use ur body )for 10-20mints 3)eat bannana(1/2))with daliya n add milk in it ,oats,egg(white),apple ,sprouts 4)after breakfast 2hrs u can take something little little (apple, channey , salad) 5)whn u take rice in lynch thn don't eat bannana in mrning (4chapati at lunch time) Thn take snacks at evening 6)dinner(don't take too much carbohydrates)(eat 2chapati) Take vitamin C fruits or tablets 👍 Last don't take tea n sugar n drink water daily👍Thank u for this🙏

Jogging (1mints) Jumping jacks (30sec) Jumping squats simple (30sec) Push ups(30sec) Drink lemon water after(5 mints break ) starting time of exercises After doing exercise (take half hr break) Break fast-option fruits (2 bananas)+dalia +oats++egg(white)+sprouts+milk (1glass) If u do work hard to fit active ur body Before lunch n dinner eat -take salad Lunch avoid rice if u take fruits(banana)+green vegetables +3/4chapati(depending upon the requirements of ur body ) In evening -take some snacks (or juice) Before dinner take salad Dinner (avoid roti)(avoid carbohydrates)take vegetables soup +green vegetables (boiled)take less food at dinner time Take vitamin C fruit (orange) Take light food 21days food Avoid tea +sugar Drink lot of water( 2litres)👍🙏🙏 Thank u for this routine 🙂

Wake up atleaset by 7 am 1. Warm water+lemon (After 5-10 mins) 2. Do some exercises for 10-20mins (1 min jogg 30 sec jumping Jack's 30 sec squad jumps 30 sec push ups ) 3. Healthy breakfast (avoid tea, instead have some milk),(have bananas+ dalia or oats )OR (egg + apple + sprouts ) 4. Between breakfast and lunch...you can have chana, fruits or paneer.. 5. Lunch: before lunch have salad.. (Eat in control, not more than 4 roti) ( if you are having rice, skip banana) 6. Dinner: avoid roti after 4 pm Have salad before dinner Eat less in dinner 7. Stay hydrated 8. No sugar

@@tonystark-db9dn i have tried meditation and doing as well sometimes I listen binaural beats. This technique only calms my mind and I get sleepy whenever I try to study. Talking about tonics i once tried brahmrasayan. Looks like i have to walk a difficult path. If I do meditation I always lost somewhere else . Thank you for suggestions

Bhai, do excercise regularly, And meet with new people. I had same issue. Think positive, I know it is the hardest part but atleast try.( U can start with thanking god for what u already have and others don't.) Trust me. This will give tremendous result. dont worry , sab ke saath yahi hota hai because selection ke liye apply karte hai morethan 5 lacs student or vacancy hoti hai only 50-100, isiliye jo 50-100, ke alava hote hai vo bhi hard working hote hai but sabka selection nahi hota ye truth hai, Isliye meri request hai dont give up ANU SRI, just ek plan banao, or uss plan pe stick karo, or usse follow karo , kept in mind, strategy orplan to sab banate hai but follow nahi karpate with 100 % accuracy se, isliye focus hoke just plan ko follow karo , you will achieve everything,best of luck for future
