I'm proud of me 😁 I don't used to eat these things a lot . Don't include too much sugar in your diet . Eat jaggery after your meal because it improves digestion & is good for building our immunity 👍

Sir aapko isme refined salt bhi include krna chahiye tha, generally sab k ghr me use hota h aur isko researchers ne Slow poison bhi kaha gya h, jisse High BP , heart stroke , memory loss etc. aur bhi bhut saare problems hote h. Hmare traditional style me Sendha namak ya Black salt use kiya jata tha jo zada safe hota h .

@@officershiva6191 do intermediate fasting or do a complete fast for 1 day or 2 day u will control ur craving automatically n also use salat in ur daily routine to overcome craving....

@@officershiva6191 Just happened two years back. I wanted to get healthy. I instantly from the next day stopped eating processed foods. I didn't try to control the cravings, I just stopped eating them. If you try and control them you will want to eat them more.

thats not completely true as early humans were hunters and gathers who consumed meats of insects, small animals and even large animals as it provided more calories. even chimpanzees eat meat every few months, but all in all meat should less than rest of the food.

I was a meat lover u know ,and after my 12th exam I was in depression frustrated and then I found a video of Sadhguru and I stopped eating non- veg although nobody supported me in my decision to not eat non veg,the level of frustration and depression I had reduced miraculously my thoughts became positive,I experienced a lot of positive change in myself so guys plz control on ur taste or tounge first just for ur few minute do not take a life of some other animal bcoz u won't like it if same happens to U,trust me go for veg atleast if possible be a vegan

Instead of sugar you can eat Jaggery(gud), it is much healthier than sugar.
