Haven't eaten ANY fruits or vegetables for over four years. Never been healthier or fitter! No longer pre diabetic or obese or have to take meds for ibs. No more high blood pressure. My ldl and triglycerides both went DOWN! my dr. Is thrilled with my results. My diet consists of beef, eggs, pork, chicken, fish, butter, water and black coffee.

You’re missing the point old timer…it’s not the meat that’s the problem it’s the other stuff the meat eaters are eating…all the stuff with sugars and starches and vegetable oils.
