We used similar food grouping to promote nutrition in remote communities in Northern Australia, quite a few decades ago. We called it the Go-Grow-Glow eating guide. I still use this eating guide to teach nutrition (I used to be a dietitian but now I am a school teacher). Go = carbohydrate rich foods, Grow = protein rich foods, Glow = fruit and veg. I like the way James has included healthy fats.
