One “strategy” that works on the worm in all difficulties but legendary is 4 Mine cart rails in a box. Use maces to speed up the fight and get as much regen and defense as possible.

I never had a hard time against this boss either! I was fighting Eater Of Worlds in the chasm, and got trapped by it, but I was still able to shred him, especially on expert mode.

first of all *you're second of all, you clearly have little knowledge of the game, you can clearly see that the eater of worlds drops a relic and a pet, both of which are MASTER MODE drops
