Just hearing describing the nuances of how doughnuts are and what makes theirs so good shows the depths of her experience into making sure each one she puts out is consistent for those who are able to pick up one of their doughnuts. I loved this. I'm not huge on donuts and stuff like that but I'd definitely try one and I'm sure I'd make weekly trips :) I'm a very simple glaze donut kind of person, I don't like anything fancy but I don't have doughnuts often maybe once a year :)

the passion and love for what she does just resonates, surely top-tier doughnuts!! freshly handmade? the flavors?? as someone who learned how to bake pastries and bread, i love how she described the process of kneading, that getting your own hand involved to make these bread and the connection and heart you'll have with the food. All of us in our class before really was just learning how to bake to pass the assessment and receive our certificates by the end of the year, but we ended up enjoying it, making the whole journey to it much more bearable and enjoyable, it was such a big accomplishment we got before we moved to senior high. In India, many businesses have like the 9th or 12th gen heir. And they know all the customer's ancestors and current gen haha. Like my grandma bought her saree in a store, my mom bought hers at the same store and I bought a few of mine at the same store too. The store's sons and their father tease me on how small a kid I was when I came to visit the store with my mum as a child, every time I vist the store now lol. It's so warm.
