One of my best friends growing up was from Ghana and his mom would make fufu, peanut soup, okra stuff....soooooooooooo good! Craving it now!

is suya back in Nigeria cook under a hot sand? because long time ago, my friend used to bring something like that, i don't quite recall from which part of Africa she brought the meat, but one thing am sure of that the meat is so soft and i really like the chilli powder ... awesome!!!
