Nothing bad with oil. Do you have a lot of reumatic disease over there? Cause some people have stronger rheumatism after eating a lot of nightshade plants...? Do you have a lot of people with diabetes or any other sicknesses we have in EU? Hart attack? Asthma? I'm just curious because a lot has to do with foods you eat and lifestyle.
@tosinojo7310
@tosinojo7310 4 жыл бұрын
@@theyarnycaterpillar I looked up diabetes and its 3% prevalence..that's lower than most countries in the west. But it depends on the country..Germany has 15% but france is 10%. We in Nigeria have very high incidence of heart attacks especially among women...one of the highest in the world, just below Lituania. I think a lot of people do not do health checks and that contributes to it. They do not know they are at risk of strokes etc...so they dont take medication to prevent complications. Asthma rates are usually very high in Europe compared to Africa. I am not sure why.

Her speech at the end shows just how deep of a person she is and the appreciation for how much more she learned. I know she will take this new knowledge and experience and use it to help her country. I adore her emotions throughout this journey and she would do this again with you Sonny, at a moments notice. You are both very special people and showing both the ups and downs of the area, showing their unique culture and how food is more than just food. It takes talent and a big heart to show those things. Sonny, you are not just about food and I appreciate that. Thank you for this awesome channel! And to the lovely Miss World Africa, never stop growing, being deep and caring. You are not just a beautiful woman, you are the champion for your country that they so desperately need. I traveled to Nigeria a couple of years ago with a good friend of mine. He's from Nigeria. Before we decided to go there he said: come with me. Nigeria is one of the most beautiful places in the world. After we landed and went to his family's home he said: no matter what, don't you ever go out without me. Got to say he was right. Definitely one of the most beautiful and special places I've ever seen. Wherever you're looking, you see a lot of colors and happiness.
