This was quite sweet. I like how this host let the cook talk about a bit of the history of Vietnamese immigration, as well as food culture in Vietnam. Let's see some more of this guy in the future!

Agreed! Good hosts ask thoughtful questions and let the guest cooks do most of the talking. I hate shows where the host talks incessantly like they just love hearing their own egotistical voice.

Sheldon is a great host! He knows how to set up questions to let the business owners share and drop their vast knowledge. Thats what being a host is about, to let the audience learn more new and interesting stuff from different voices every episode. Meanwhile Nick (meat show) is just sharing his own knowledge over and over again while barely extracting interesting stories/knowledge from all these business owners that have so much experiences.

Hau Tak Leighton Tam That's stupid. It's like a threatened white person hearing "Black Lives Matter" and saying "Let me correct you; All Lives Matter". Sure, all lives do matter, but why try to demean and take away from the original message that is also correct and beneficial? Like shut up.
