Whether it’s a day in the life of a Michelin star chef or it’s an experience at a yakitori place or I’m just learning about recipes to make potatoes with, you treat food with such respect and reverence and make me want to learn as much as I can. Dining in a good place is not only about the way the food tastes or it is presented. it is also about the experience of dining and knowing the story behind each and every item. when you go to everyday restaurants, it's mostly judged for the taste of their food. once the price goes up. people, not only want great taste but also a great experience that comes along with it. it becomes emotional and you want the experience to be memorable because that's what your paying the extra for after all. love the video. hopefully... someday I get to have the same experience...
