im not sure how i came across this channel or this specific vid but i will say i had high hopes until i seen how pink the pork was.. there is a reason its considerd dirty meat by the lord... i dont know that i could ever eat meat with more then just a little pink and blood but especially pork needs to be cooked all the way.. idk man just seems off thoughts?

It is not exactly fair to compare Cochon Butcher to Mcdonalds. Cochon Butcher is multiple levels higher than Mcdonalds is capable of delivering.
