Best thing is to remove most of the meat and eat it as a normal sandwich. Take the leftovers home and eat it for breakfast with skillet potatoes

Good to see that quality delis still exist. They were quite common back in the 60's and 70's throughout the country. Miss them so much. Hard to find good corn beef and fresh rye bread. Manny's looks incredible. I'm envious. 😟

Though I live on the South Side of Oklahoma City I was born at Loyola University Hospital and spent 10 years living in Chicago where to this day most of my relatives remain. Manny’s corned beef is hands down THE GREATEST I’ve tasted in my LIFETIME and is a “must eat” for anyone traveling to The Windy City. Brisket done a whole different way then the wonderful BBQ we have down here and Manny’s does NOT disappoint

As the grandson of the man who Owned bear stearns and hunter on Wall Street through the late 70 s 80s And early 90s one of the most successful companies in history, i suggests reaching out to your customers and explaining your problem and for the majority of people it doesn’t really matter if they are paying say 8 dollars for a sandwich and you raise it to 12. I had a corned beef sandwich from Manny's a few months ago. Man was I disappointed. My sandwich did not have anywhere near that amount of meat and the bread was tiny. The meat was dry, I felt ripped off. It had been at least twenty years since Ihad been to Manny's. If may be another twenty years before go back. Was not worth the trip.
