Cubanelle or Pablano peppers and white onion is more common. Grated Mozzarella or Parmesano.

Dont crack your eggs on the corner of the bowl. Thats why you had to remove pieces of the shell that fell in like 3 times. Instead crack them on a glat surface. It will reduce the risk of bacteria getting into your food….
