Eating a Rajasthani Thali in Udaipur, India🇮🇳

I've visited Jaipur and Udaipur, twice each while working and living in Mumbai for 3 years, I even did a road trip to Rajasthan, had so many delicious thali. Few of my favorites thali were at a restaurant at the Royal vintage car museum in Udaipur and a Royal thali at the Choki Dhani, a Rajasthani cultural village in Jaipur, with live performance of Rajasthani musical instruments. You guys reminded of my past experiences. Been to the places in this video. In fact, Udaipur was my first visit outside Mumbai.

6:10 churma is made of crushed bati(those round balls in his thali) mixed with ghee and jaggery and bati is made with wheatflour the roti you are eating is also made with same ingredient but different style of making. making bati is easier than roti so family's with large amount of people can be fed timely.

हमारा राजस्थान सबसे न्यारा है। उदयपुर इस राज्य का सबसे सुंदर नगर है। जो एक बार उदयपुर आता है फिर यहीं का होकर रह जाता है। राजस्थानी थाली में चावल नहीं होते, क्योंकि चावल राजस्थान का खाद्य नहीं है।
