That's a different type of picada if what we have in my city, usually the Santa Fe's picada has milanesa, French fries, salame, cheese, sausage and chicken cazuela, olives, sandwich de miga and pickles , the fancier option has calamari

I love your Argentina videos. Excellent work. Since I am not super adventurous with food (some, not a lot), Argentina is Nirvana to me. "Mardel" is a tough cookie. It is too far south to have reliable summer weather. The well to do go to Punta del Este, Uruguay leaving Mardel to the working class but that makes it way more interesting and affordable. I wasn't too impressed with your visit to Manolo (though I love that you showed it as it is). The noise, screaming kids, etc. would be unenjoyable. Keep up the good work and travel.

Hello there; If possible would to know from you the following please: How do you handle the issue of the income tax in Canada...do you return to Canada to take care of the same when is income tax time? How do you solve the issue of the OHIP when you stay out of the country over 6 months? In your honest opinion is there a better and safer way to carry money abroad other than travelellers cheques, and bank machines cards? Thank you for your valuable time. Fernando
