I highly suggest you get a cheap 'sous vide' cooker for meat -- you can pop the food in before you go to work and it won't overcook, by the time you get home for dinner. There's no need to babysit it, which is great for lazy people (me), or people who are very busy. The way I do it is to buy a pack of meat and then season and vacuum seal each serving individually, to put in the freezer. Then I take out as many servings as I need, and plunk them straight in the sous vide before work (no defrosting necessary, which is one of the main things that I hated about freezing food). While watching this video, I pulled some beef out of the sous vide, and made instant mashed potatoes with cheese on top -- then I popped everything under the broiler for a few minutes (one pot style), to brown everything. It was honestly about $3 in ingredients, and roughly the same quality as a $15-20 restaurant dinner -- the catch is that I did almost NO WORK, to cook it. Hell, I put that beef in there Friday morning, before work and didn't take it out until now (Saturday afternoon, and it was BETTER than I expected... a cheap cut, but the extra time made it more tender), from laziness. And only one pot to wash, which will take 30 seconds. You're not really saving anything with microwave food (neither time, nor money), and we all know the quality sucks. You've got to get organized, and find some ways for CONVENIENT home made food. It's way healthier because it's home made and cheaper than pretty much anything.

It's a frivolous lawsuit just waiting to happen in the USA. Some idiot would burn themselves badly, or get sick from undercooked food, or sue because the "train" was not actually a train. And you'd also have idiots refusing to go, saying, "Why should I pay money to go to a restaurant where I have to cook my own food?"
