Safta is so good! One restaurant that isn't on your list but I'm baffled by is El Five. They have great reviews. Their food is absolutely awful, but their cocktails are good.

Dimestore, Wildflower, Guard & Grace and a bunch of others would be above Jax in my opinion only because they are a chain and have a bunch of locations. Safta is okay but the Smok bbq is better in the source!

It's hard to get good fish in Denver, it gets to be expensive since we are landlocked, my main spot for fish is GB's Fish n' Chips.
