Man, cold food in a Brazilian buffet is weird. Although calling it a buffet is already weird, normally it's a bbq place with a buffet, not the opposite, and normally the food is warm or at least not cold all the time, but the thing you go to is really the bbq. Some love for you from Brazil, Daym!

When you go to a buffet when they first open you're getting the food that was held over from the night before. They probably took that food straight out of the fridge and put it under the heat lamps because it was already cooked from the night before. You were there so early it didn't have a chance to get fully warmed up. The food would have been better if you had gone a little later in the day.

The best time to go to a buffet is during their peak hours, usually around lunch time or dinner time. If you go there and the restaurant is empty and has no people, then leave and come back on a day and time when the place is busy. A busy buffet guarantees that the food will be restocked and fresh and often times during peak hours buffet restaurants put out their best food. Also review a good reviewed Indian Restaurant

"They seasoned this chicken up somethin' to be Damned..." LOL Man I love Brazilian bbq! I really liked the ranking approach for the ups and downs of this restaurant. Cold chicken is never good, and mediocre fries are unfortunately normal. Glad the broc turned out well. It's easy to over oil and over salt broccoli. It's serious business when your bbq raises you up a whole entire point from mildly embarrassing to completely satisfactory.
