I grew up in West Hartford and never really appreciated how great the town is, and the state of Connecticut overall. Yes, that pizza looks pretty perfect. It's the sauce too. Bright red and clearly very flavorful. No flop. Perfect amount of cheese without liquid in the center. Am enormous crunch without the burnt edges. This was easy 8.3+. Not even a question.

This is a legitimate comment, but whenever someone asks me about good pizza, i always refer to Zephyrs Pizza. This is one spot that my wife and i go to, especially during a nice cool season. There, pizza is phenomenal and has never been disappointed. This is West Hartfords "Blue Back Squar" hidden gem, and I hope that they stay in business for a long time. As someone who is from Connecticut and lived in West Hartford, I can help clarify Dave’s confusion. West Hartford is not apart of Hartford Connecticut (which is a dump by the way). It’s its own separate town that is to the west of Hartford. It’s just like West Virginia and Virginia, but for towns instead of states. There is a lot of money in West Hartford which is why Dave is so impressed. On that street he’s on, all the restaurants turn into bars/nightclubs at night since there isn’t much nightlife in Connecticut. They take all the tables and chairs and move them to the back and bring in DJs at 10 pm. That’s what everyone in West Hartford and surrounding towns looks forward to on weekends for night life.
