Eating at The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios | Completed All Gold Statues

In today's video, we had someone ask if we could do a review of The Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We had never been before so we got a reservation and decided to try it. We had a little bit of time before our reservation so we tried our luck at the gold statues at Hollywood Studios and ended up getting them all! Two parks are complete! After that, it was time for us to head in. The restaurant theming was absolutely amazing! It looked like the original Brown Derby back in Hollywood. The cast members were very nice as well. As far as the food goes, the biggest thing was it was very pricey, but you have to know that going into it. The Famous Cobb salad was a good salad, but next time we probably would try something else. The shrimp and scallops were amazing! Stinkin' Good! We would get it again. The spoon bread was pretty good but we were expecting a different taste to it. Overall, the restaurant is amazing to go to and try if you are at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

It is so refreshing to get a restaurant review by REAL people eating REAL food. Instead of listening to a review by a "foodie" or a food snob, who most people can't relate to OR from someone who just kisses the restaurant chef's butt OR just tries to be be funny or "entertaining", you guys are truly genuine and it shows. It was good but expensive. For us, it was more of the experience but we would agree that we didn't hate it or love it but we are glad we went!

One of our favorite places to eat at! We loved the grapefruit cake! We ate there as part of the Fantasmic Package which was great too!! So enjoyed Tamer’s roll playing (like Charlie Chaplin)😄😉The seafood dish as well as the Cobb Salad are winners for us! Very hard pass on spoon bread, don’t care for it! Great review y’all‼️

The Hollywood Brown Derby actually invented the Cobb Salad! They are also very well known for their Grapefruit cake which my husband did not like but I did. The spoon bread I also had and really liked. I was very sad a few years back because they had one of if not THE best burgers on property on their lunch menu and they got rid of it.😢. Victoria Falls lounge at AKL has a great burger up you may have to ask for it.

Fun facts: The Cobb salad and the Shirley Temple were both invented at the original locations in California. None of these locations are on business today.

I love this restaurant but it is getting harder to get a reservation ahead of time. Best to try waitlist. They also have the best gluten free bread I've ever eaten.

I'm a little late, as I just rewatched this video again this morning. Unfortunately, the no longer have that Newburg dish is no longer on the menu. So upset, I really wanted to try it out! They do however, still have the Cobb Salad. I went to the Hollywood Brown Derby for a birthday dinner in February 1992, you both were probably not born yet, LOL. I think we had steaks, don't remember our exact order.
