This is a really good idea for urban design. Leeds has the indoor market, but also appears to have these outdoor food stalls, almost like in some cities where 8-10 food trucks will congregate. The best example of food stalls from my travels are the Asian night markets where maybe 300 vendors sell different specialty items. I know Brooklyn is planning a warehouse conversion with food stalls. Richmond, BC in Canada has weekend food stalls. This is a trend I hope continues.
