@@mikkdc well, that's what I also noticed when looking them up allthough while watching the footage of this video I already noted 4 major violations on food safety standards. Been working for years in food industry, worked on a bunch of small and bigger audits myself on the job. An audit is a snapshot in time and most of the times announced in advance. The guy wipes his face, beard and nose at least three times while taking the order and no hand washing or sanitising after that for sure ; that meat on the grills/spits clearly stayed there from the day before without cooling and you can see in the footage how bad it looks when Danny starts eating it, fresh fish has no distinctive smell and when it tastes/smells like chemicals that fish is off for sure.

Not always, the chippy I use has one section that does normal chippy stuff and another section that does kebabs and pizza. When an order comes in, it goes to the section that deals with it. One of the best kebabs I've had and their fish is great too

worked in food industry long enough to know it's easy to get a 5 star rating when the audit happens on a pre planned date. After that audit you can do whatever you want, they're not auditing on a daily base. The state it's in now and the food it served that we've seen now it would be closed on the spot if any inspection would happen.

Danny is a genuinely friendly polite bloke . I didn't like this rude man speaking to him like s**t. Don't take liberties with your customers. Bloke didn't even crack a smile I cant stand owners like this .I wouldn't go back no matter the quality of the food - the quality of the professionalm left a bad taste in my mouth .

I feel sorry for Danny and I know that he wants to be as nice as possible, but honestly I loved this. You go somewhere - no idea where to go and sometimes you get a lemon. It's almost more valuable to me to know where to avoid over where's a solid 10. (unless they both cost the same!!!)
