I can't eat bugs. Because i can't imagine how i try it. So i don't know how it tastes. To be honest i don't even want to taste it. It seems unfamiliarly to me. Now i want to know about eating bugs. Are there any vitamins? Are they good to our health? I find those questions interesting. Bugs are not common in our country. People don't eat it there. Here people like meals are made from vegetables. I like eating our traditional food. Thanks BBC for your work😊🙌

It seems that experts and some chefs are passionate about food made from insects and tempt people who are viscerally squeamish about it to try a few subtly cooked chocolate chip biscuits at first. This growing trend in the Western World has two major bright sides: Insects are not only an alternative source of food filled with many nutrients, but also a sustainably farmed and environmentally-friendly consumption for human.

i’m currently a third-year student majoring in food technology, and i’m really interested in this field. we learn that in our second year that insects are great sources of amino acids. and our bodies can’t function well without amino acids. eating insects will also benefit the environment as well.

You know whats an even better source of amino acids ? Meat. No i will not eat the fucking bugs like some cattle.
