Beth does love chocolate! In a KZbin short, Beth couldn't stop eating chocolate! However, Beth doesn't need to kick the habit of overeating chocolate because Neil and Beth, in the News Review episode "Can diet improve memory?" said chocolate is good for you and can keep memory loss at bay!

after watch this serie, i am conscious of that i have to kick my bad habits like: checking phone, sleeping or getting up late, skipping meals, etc. Besides, I need to adopt a new attitude towards doing exercise, having a good diet or something which is good for my physical also mental health to help my longevity. thanks for your video.

I wish IELTS would adopt an easy exam format. Most youngsters should kick the habit of spending so much time using social media and doomscrolling. I believe doing exercise on a daily basis can extend our longevity and lead us to a healthy lifestyle.
