I loved seeing the flowering trees as you went in to the restaurant. I guess you couldn't get any fresher coconut milk! It all looked good!

The Pineapple Fried Rice looks fresh and delicious, and it's perfectly paired with fresh Coconut Juice. 😋🍍🥥 The Mango Sticky Rice looks good. 🥭 However, they usually serve it with coconut milk, so it's interesting they served it with condensed milk. Som Thai looks like a trendy restaurant with nice décor. 😎 Thank you for sharing this review, AK! 🤗

U can make the sticky rice for mango sticky rice in the instant pot. Ive done it. Im sure its not NEARLY as good as the authentic Thai version but it was really good n the kids love it too. The coconut reminds me of my childhood in Puerto Rico. Fall n winter are the best time to get them down there! Havent had one in many years. That fried rice looked out of this world! Was it spicy at all? Didnt seem like it would be. Im always wanting to try Thai food but cant eat spicy foods n idk what to get thats not spicy lol
