Once a long time ago I ordered Japanese food for myself. I don't remember where the rest of my family was,but anyway point being the food came and it had wasabi. Not knowing Japanese food I thought it was quacamole,and spread it all over everything. I guess you can imagine my surprise biting into it. Being a person that HATES throwing food away,that wasn't the most enjoyable meal I ever had. I did finish it though. lol

It makes absolutely no sense to drown these sushi rolls in soy sauce and wasabi. So everything always tastes the same. Only the texture changes. Example: Rice, soya sauce and wasabi always taste the same and dominate the sushi. You don't taste the fish and the other ingredients so well anymore.
