I just wanted to tell you that I think that you are a bad ass! I know how it is to struggle with mental health. Depression is very serious and it’s no joke. There have been many times where I didn’t think I was going to be able to get out of bed, or even be able to lead a normal life because my mental health was at such a horrible point. It takes a lot of strength to realize what is happening. It takes a lot of strength keep moving forward. You are not alone and you have the support of your community here.
