Is spending $10 on a single menu item from the same fast food restaurants we’ve eaten $1 value menu options from ever worth it?
To answer that question, we went out and purchased the most expensive menu items from 5 popular fast food chains to eat and let y’all know whether items like that new McDonald’s Smoky BLT Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese or Wendy’s Italian Mozzarella sandwiches are worth splurging or saving on!

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.
Q: Can you make a “What I eat in a day” / fitness focused video?
A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.

Fun factoid: Dave Thomas made the Wendy's Triple burger not to sell those, but to make the Double seem more reasonable in size so that more people would "only get the Double" to drive up patty sales (to reduce waste as they found they were tossing many single patties at the end of the shift).

That 6 cheese Dominoes pizza actually looked and sounded so good 😋! I remember a few years ago I tried a double x double cheese burger from McDonalds limited time offers menu. It was ok, but just far too much meat which made it pretty dry 😅 Thankfully you can always ask for extra sauce. A funny fact is I absolutely hated whoppers growing up. My mom loved them because it was one of the few burgers that didn't automatically come with cheese. However I absolutely love the impossible whopper for some reason, it tastes so much better haha.

It’s definitely something that was on our radar when we were doing at home food challenges, but we’re currently enjoying making videos that have a greater objective then simply eating a lot of food. Like finding our favorite and least favorite of something, comparing different things or determining whether something is worth the money or calories etc. are much more fun for us to film/edit and we find more value in the information we gain from them then simply trying to eat a lot either at home or in a restaurant setting. We totally understand why people enjoy doing those and everything, but it’s just not as interesting to us at this very moment. All that to say, it’s not CURRENTLY content we’re looking to make, but certainly isn’t out of the equation long term! I’m sure that sooner or later we’ll get the itch and want to scratch it lol. Thanks for letting us know it’s something you’d be interested in watching if/when the time is right!

Very enjoyable video. Left you a like. Definitely use coupons whenever you can. That Wisconsin 6 Cheese from Domino's for $19.99 on an extra large Brooklyn-styled crust was a steal. I put the same thing in my Domino's cart and it was $24.99 where I live. So I added a coupon, and added pepperoni to it, and got it for $12.99 (large though).

Once in a while Ill try a limited time burger from a fast food place but I usually just stick to each places # 1 combos. They are always put together very well and the bacon in them really stands out. Their A1 burger is good too. Id certainly give them a shot.

Our Burger King is always doing their best and has been with long time management and it’s their goal. I actually tried another county today as I was on the road and this one was also exceptionally well. The fries made so hot & fresh that they burn your mouth, they were crispy, buttery on the batter, crunchy and salty. 😘 I did the app deal of $5 for a double cheeseburger, small fry and drink and I that was plenty for me. I don’t always crave their fries as other restaurants but when they make them fresh with your meal it makes the best value for money when your craving flame broiled burgers.

I love the value hot n spicy from McDonald’s. I love the BK Stacker from Burger King. (I know, it’s not cheap but it’s so good! The sauce is awesome!) Taco Bell is Spicy chicken burrito or the seven layer burrito. Wendy’s is the frost’s hands down. Lol.
