@@WatashiWonder They actually don't. Outside of alternate art like special illustrated rares and gold rares, Pokemon cards lose most of their value during the 3 or so months between each set. Some don't even retain their value for a week because people keep opening packs.

funnily enough, my daughter got Roaring moon in her second happy meal. my daughters dad love pokémon and i joked with him that i hope she doesn’t turn out like him. she already had a few pokémon plushies from her dad but conveniently enough, now that mcdonald’s is doing the cards, she gets so excited for them. her dad is so happy 😂

Stonie came to my shoppe twice on my working day. The first time was probably last year or the year before. He was with Morgan and a few mates. The second time was just recently. A week or two ago. He was with his gf or lady friend. Both times, he didn't say anything despite me greeting him by name and mentioning to him that I am/was a fan.
