I'm saying this in a kind way, never mean,, when eating, slow down and don't eat so fast, chew your food up well, and close your mouth as not to gulp down alot of air while you're eating. It's also how we are taught good manners, from our Grams, Gramps, Nana's, Pop's, Aunts, Uncles, and Parents, here in The States.. Again, i'm saying it kindly.. The hummus is an appetizer whenever we eat out, and also at our Super Bowl Parties, and such.. Vegans and vegetarians love this type food!! You guys had a nice time together, thanks for sharing..

I am shocked summer does not know hummus!!😅 It's chickpeas not the honey and blackeye beans we have in Nigeria..I make it at home here everytime with the flatbread. Recipe. 1.chickpeas.cooked. 2.olive oil. 3.lemon/lime juice. 4.blender. Get chickpeas,wash it like beans and cook till soft.Then blend the cooked chickpeas,add water from the cook peas,add olive oil and lemon juice,you get hummus. You can then sprinkle whatever you want on top,which is optional,and eat with flatbread. Uncle Balogun can always get turmeric,cumin,ginger, fennel,cloves,flaxseed pumpkin seeds,sunflower seed etc from the hausa spice sellers in yaba market and make himself those tea as well if he runs out..lt does not have to be from America.Thanks.
